Cisco Quick Set C20 SDI Port

Hello,

I would like to ask if someone knows if the SDI port on C20 is enabled by default because we having some problems to use it.

If it is not enabled by default does it need a key to unblock it ?

HD-SDI?

C20 does not have HD-SDI port.

Hi,

There are 2 types of camera for a quickset C20.

a) 4xcamera which will is physically identical to a 12x camera but the capability is software restricted

b) a new smaller version with a smaller lens

I believe you are having a).  For a), the HD-SDI output in the camera is disabled and cannot be enabled.

For b), there is no HD-SDI output.
