Cisco SNS with Wowza for streaming

Hi

I have Cisco show and share , Wowza and NAS storage.

I have a problem , after i uploaded my video to Cisco show and share the video goes to my storage correctly , but when i try to open the video not working "no streaming" , my video is .mp4 and i have alrady prepared my wowza correctly , Any advise .

Hi Richard

I hope you are doing well.

1- Can you check if port 1935 "wowza port " is enabled ?.

You can on windows cmd type the below

telnet X.X.X.X  1935 .   If you got error that you cannot open wowa which means that your wowa server is not running on your server , ou have to check for firewall , and run wowza application and setup the java .
