Hi Guys,
We are running 10.5 Unity Connection and are having issues everyday. Finally we decided to redeploy the Unity so instead of going for 10.5 we went for 11.5.
We have 47 Licences in the 10.5 version. Now I contacted TAC licensing team to get the licencing for 11.5, however, they are asking me contract information which unfortunately I don't have due to some different reasons(the person which was looking after the SMARTNET is not in the company anymore).

Now my question is; is there any way so that we can get the information from the old Licensing server. Like is there a way to download the old licenses file or check from some logs. I will appreciate any kind of help.
Thanks,
Muk

I'd suggest you reach out to your SE/AM and see if they can assist in tracking the contracts, AFAIK licensing needs that information to validate that you're entitled for the upgrade, and they can then provide you with the 11.x licenses, that's not something the licenses from PLM will tell you.

Hi @Jaime Valencia,
Thanks @Jaime Valencia for your help
Could you please let me know what is SE/AM? Actually in our organisation things were going in a little unorganized way. The person who was dealing with the SMARNET for end customer has left the organisation and the new person is not able to find it. The Licensing team has told me that they will provide me the licensing for 11.5 if I can provide them Contract Number, or that previous Licence request. Both of these unfortunately I don't have. However, I do have access to both new as well as old Unity along with their PLM's. I even offered them access if they can some how find the information needed from the OLD Unity of PLM.
Thanks,
Muk

Reach out to your local Cisco contact and ask them assistance to get your AM/SE info, or if they can assist in trying to locate the contracts for a certain customer.
