Cisco Unity Voicemail System Call handler Greeting

When the System Call Handler transfers a call to one of the menu otions, a canned voice says "Sorry" before the user-recorded greeting activates.  This confuses customers and they hang up before the greeting and transfer executes.  Is there a way to delete the activation of the word "sorry"?

If anyone is watching this post, I found the answer.  I was recording the greeting on the basic System Call Handler page.  This didn't work.  To get everything working, from the basic page, go to the edit pull-down menu and select greeting.  There, you will find the fields that direct the greeting parameters.  Select the appropriate boxes, and record you greeting from the greeting page.  my voicemail tree works perfectly now.
