Cisco Webex Hybrid Calendar

Calendar status is showing error with following error:
"Received "notSpecified: The request failed. microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.ServiceResponseException: The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user." from Exchange Server: "mail.XX.qa".
The connector failed to subscribe the user to the Exchange Server. Wait for the connector to try again."

ON VCS-Connector for calendar services status is all green without any alarm.VCS-Connector is automatically discovering the exchange server.On VCS connector which logs can I check to troubleshoot this issue.Please note we have created impersonation account as per Cisco documentation.

The assignment error is: ""The request failed. microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.ServiceResponseException: The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user."". Wait for the service to try again.

Seems it works fine for all mailboxes except 1.  I don't see any difference in this account from any others.
