Integration with a Cisco Unified Presence 8.6 does not work with WxS
One Standard AXL API user defined locally on the CUP for the integration and WxS connects successfully with the provisioned username/password.
Connection to https://<CUP_IP_ADDRESS>:7335/httpbinding also works as expected.
The Director setting for the chat integration type is default (for CUP).
All users for which presence&chat should work are LDAP synched and authenticated on the CUP server. CUP is prvosioned for presence and IM, as the same server is used for Jabber for Windows/MAC presence and IM.
After a user login to WxS, the status is always Offline, and it does not update. IM is also unavailable.
Any trobleshooting procedures for this integration ?
