Hi,
I have configured a few CMs with the following test configured to each of them: -
1. End to End Call
2. Off-hook
3. Phone Registration
Somehow, only 1 server keeps on giving alerts as below
EVENT ID = 000CAXB
ALERT ID = 0000FWX
TIME = Thu 04-Oct-2007 15:24:55 SGT
STATUS = Active
SEVERITY = Critical
MANAGED OBJECT = server2
MANAGED OBJECT TYPE = MediaServer
EVENT DESCRIPTION = ConfidenceTestFailed::Component=EndToEndCallTest[00059A3B771D]:182;AssociatedApplication=CCM-server2/1;ErrorMessage=The dialed number is invalid or the line is busy.;
If generates randomly and everytime it's this server that is giving the alerts.
Please guide me how to troubleshoot as I'm don't know this product well.
Refer to the attached for the version and installed packages.

Post the following information:
-IDU installed for ITM?
-Call manager Version?
-Which Common Services 2.2 Service Pack?

- CiscoWorks Common Services with SP3 version 2.2
