CLID: currently receiving the prefix for all CLID being routed in ICM. When telephone numbers are blocked, and once the call routes into the IVR and back out the CLID prefix is lost. CLID is used for language choice for customer who exit IVR defined as rotary calls or do not select a language they are by default routed to English sites.
Problem: When the prefix is lost when caller exits out of the IVR we can no longer route based on region. There is a need to pick up Regions rotary callers area code to enable the call to be routed to the the appropriate Contact Centre
