CM 5.0 Upgrade problems

Hi,

When i try to upgrade my CM 5.0 from 5.0.3.1000-1 to 5.0.4.1000-1 it fails with the following error:

<result>error</result>

<description>Upgrade No Result</description>

</upgrade-result>

Some Error in result file from application install:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<upgrade-result>

<result>error</result>

<description>Upgrade No Result</description>

</upgrade-result>

I'm using the "cisco-ipt-k9-patch5.0.4.1000-1.tar.gz" update file

Anybody seen this before?

Hi,

I know this doesn't help but i managed to do the upgrade from 5.0(3a) to 5.0(4) using the update file successfully with no problems.You are upgrading the publisher first i assume
