I have a central CME running on a 3745 with an FXO port connected to the PSTN. I have a 1712 connected to the 3745 via VPN (I have also attemped this with a pix 501). There are 3 7970's at HQ and a 7960 at the remote location. The HQ phones can call the remote phone without issue. The phones have a shared line that the FXO plars to. When an incoming call is picked up on the remote phone, the caller can hear me, but I cannot hear the caller. Thanks for the help

You can fix the one way voice issue by following this document

I have the exact same issue. Were you able to find a resolution?

yes I did. I opened a case with Cisco and they sent me the relevant documentation. This design is supported only with a GRE tunnel. E-mail me at aanderson@blue.net with CME in the subject and I'll forward you the document.
