We are using CME 4.0 with a connection to the PSTN via a PRI. When I try from any phone to call an external number, let?s say a bank's automated phone system. When the operator ask me to enter my account number or enter an extension the phone system does not seem to recognize the digits I press, and then it eventually times out on me. I have attached our config to this post. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks...

Add the following command under your dial peers to the PSTN:
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Thanks for the sugguestion, but under my dial peer to the PSTN:
!
dial-peer voice 9 pots
description ** Calls to PSTN **
destination-pattern 9T
clid network-number 404xxx4884
port 0/0/0:23
!
The "dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric" is not an option, it seems to only be an option under dial peer voip.
Any other sugguestions?
Thanks.
