Is there a sample script or a way to ask a caller to key in a number string to call out a pager from an attendant menu? Example:
Call comes in to 800 number and the script detects that the call is made after hours and one of the prompts is to page the tech support person on call. the caller then has to enter the caller's number to be sent out to the oncall pager number. Thanks

You can do this in CUE using a script.

I got it to work by creating a menu option with an input variable that calls an outside number (the pager) can CCME create a script to send an email alert notification when someone leaves a voice mail. Thanks
