CME v3.3 with FXO ports - Call Transfer/Forward NOT Possible?

hi folks,

I was browsing thro' the CME 3.3 administrative guide and noticed tt IP phone users of FXO ports (direct lines to the users) will not be able to do call transfer/call forward etc between the IP phones

Did I miss something or have I misunderstood the context? I'll be rolling out CME projects with FXO ports in the very near future, and I hope this is a non-issue.
