Is anyone using G728 codec on 3640 gw?
We have 3640 with NM-HDV, E1, IOS IP Plus 12.3(11)T
DSP ver 4.4.3, voice card is configured with codec complexity high, but we are unable to use G728. All other codecs are fine.
With G728, calls will get established accross VOIP but will fail after 20-40 sec in a sense that there will be no audio anymore, show voice call st will still show the call active, but there will be no packets going in any direction.
Is this a known problem with 3640, 12.3 type a problem, or something else?
