CCM Event log logged this error:CodeYellowEntry and some phones lost connection during that moment. The explanation is as follow:
Explanation: CallManager has initiated call throttling due to unacceptably high delay in handling incoming calls.
Recommended Action: Determine the reason for high CPU usage in the High priority and Normal priority queues (Cisco CallManager System Performance object)..
How can see the high priority and normal queue in the CCM?Thanks

When are these events generated? Do you have services that kick off at the same time? Perhaps you have stibackup and CDR-->Art trying to access the sql db at the same time. If this is happening at a certain time of the day, you can use taskmanager to monitor.

You can see the queues real time through the Cisco CallManager System Performance perfmon object. There are counters that allow you to montior both the signals that are processed and the signals that are still in the queue waiting to be processed. You can also see the queue depths by looking at the SDL traces.
