Company logo on 7940/7960 using CCM 3.2(2c)

How can I put our company logo on our 7940 & 79060 phones? I have already done the conversion so the file is in the right format but I cannot figure out how to setup the service.

Then go to the IP services page.

You can download one of the image asp files from there and just edit it to include your data for your logo

It also has instructions on how to add the service to call manager.

Is there anyway to make the logo part of the phone load instead of a service? I would like it to be in the background instead of the foreground.
