Conference call!! No ring tone back. Please Help!!

I tried to do conference call on IP Phone.

I initial call to first party first.

Then I hit "Confrn" key to get dial tone, then dial a internal or outside call. I hear the ring tone back, but once I hit "Confrn" key again. I wont hear ring tone back. It is dead air until hit the user's voice mail.

Anyone knows why??

Which is the CallManager version you are using? For all the Callmanager prior to 4.0, this is a normal behavior. This is resolved in CallManager 4.0 by using the annunciator system to play ringback tone into the conference bridge.
