Conference Error on IP phone

Hi,

We have CCM 4.0(2a).For conferencing we have configured the server as Conference Software Bridge.

Problem - From the IP phone when we try to conference more than 4 parties we get an error "Exceeded Maximum Parties" on the IP phone.

This error is comming when we try conference with in the LAN.This happens when there is only one Conference with 4 parties happeing.

We are using G711 codec within the LAN.

Conference bridge config in Service parameter for number of streams ...is set to default 48.

Please let me know if any one have a solution.

check for the callmanager service parameter maximum ad hoc conference. The default is 4. Changing this will resolve it.
