Conference Issue with one location

Hi All,

Issue which iam facing is not able to conference only with one location phones.

Details :

We have a centralised cluster for VoIP and phones from various locations communicate with each other through VoIP. Conferencing is smooth between all locations but not able to do with one particular location.

Checked the Region codec and Location B/w. Infact we are running G.711 within that region and G729 from other location. we have transcoders in the problematic locations but still we have this problem.

we are getting fast busy tone when trying to conference with that location.

Try:

1. Remove the Meet-Me DN from a partition and put it in NONE Partition

OR

2. Configure a Meet-Me Range e.g 570x, 430x and so forth and the range can be put in a partition

Have you checked the MRGL and MRG for the phones on that location? If the conference involves phones from different locations, please check that the router is reacheble (ping the phones from the router that is acting as the xcode and conf bridge).

Hi espereir,

Sorry for the late response.

MRGs and MRGLs are fine. But when a ping is given between the XCODER and the IP phone the success rate is only 84%. Is the issue persists here.
