Conferencing & Meet-me not working

I have a Call Manager Ver. 3.1.1. When I first installed the Cal Manager all services worked including ad-hoc conferencing, Meet-me and MOH services & call-pickup. However, recently all of those services have stopped working. Everything else works as normal with the Call Manager. When I check the servicibilty screen, I noticed that IP Streaming Voice Service was not started and the status said it was not started due to an unspecified reason. When I checked the services that were running on the MCS itself, I noticed that IP Voice Streaming was not even listed as a service. I've rebooted the server, tried to manually start the service from within the Call Manager all with no luck

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm hoping someone has an easy fix. The only other thing I can think of is reinstalling the Call manager.

This sounds like an issue with the version of CM. Look at the release notes for CM 3.3 and see if it has any caveats from your version that has been fixed.http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_3/rel_note/332cmrn.htm#69656
