Configure NTP on a Call Manager Server

Hi,

We are configuring Network Time Protocol on the Call Manager Server.

I am using the procedures stated in this url :-

However, i found that the time on the Call Manager is still not synchronized with the time server after i type ntpdate X.X.X.X and restart the NTP service on the Call Manager server.

The time server the call manager is synchronizing is working as we have routers in the network that is synchronizing to it.

Anybody have implemented NTP could give me some advice ?

If you are doing everything by the book according to that link, you will want to get on the phone with the TAC on this.
