cos on Catalyst 4507R

I have configured on some Catalyst 4507R an Vlan for voice with cos applied and an a Vlan for data.

Somebody does advice me about an a document where is explain how see the packets are prioritized , after that I has applied cos/qos ?

I would just SPAN the switch port to a Sniffer and look at the packets from a Sniffer trace of a phone call.
