Hi UC Experts,
I installed a new CallManager 11.5 version (11.5.1.12900-21).
Let the CP-7962 register to CallManager is no problem.
But it was problem on the registration of CP-8861 / CP-9971, that showed the error as "Verify Configuration Error"
After I made the factory reset on CP-8861 / CP-9971, it showed the same of error.
Any idea?

Is the phone already configured in CUCM?
Have does the config file matches the MAC?
Have you tried deleting the certificates?

Reply: Sure, I deleted all certificates, even Factory Reset
