For a demo, i was trying to configure a MS Access datasource in IPIVR to do a DB Lookup from the IVR script. The IVR Engine wouldnt recognize the datasource.
Has anyone tried using a datasource for a MS Access database ?
The following link says this: "Before you can successfully use DB Lookup in a script, information about the table to be queried must be defined in Configure ICM".
