Creating phone button templates

Can someone point me in the correct direction on how to add additional phone button templates on Call Manager 4.1(3). It is not obvious to me on how to do this in looking over the AXL schema. Thanks

I am sorry... I didn't clarify me request well enough. I have not problems doing this from the web interface. Do you have a SOAP AXL API to allow me to create these templates from a program.
