CTI and Anonymous alarms in Event Viewer

I have CM 3.3.3. The site took a power hit and came up. About 30 minutes later I started seeing the below errors in the Event Viewer, App log. There are 4 separate errors (only the ParaNameInfo: field changes) and all 4 occur at the same time at five minute intervals. The SQL subscription had a red X next to it so I reinitialized the subscription with DBLHelper. The red X went away but I still get the errors every 5 minutes. Sometimes the alarm says CTI Error. But most of them are "Anonymous alarms." Any idea what's going on and what I can do about it?

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Cisco Anonymous Alarms

Event Category: None

Event ID: 3

Not sure what the error is but I'd start with VoiceMailPartion. Did you notice a config change that might not have gotten saved? From this error, it appears that the device or the partition lost it's device pool info. Of course I'm just taking an intelligent stab at it, so let us know if I am even close ;-)
