Hey Marc,

It sounds like your JTAPI client is the incorrect version. The JTAPI client can be found under applications on CCMADMIN. Run it on the CallManager that is getting the error message.

Hi,

I've a question for you: What do you mean when you say "Run it on the CCM"?

Do you mean, "install it only", or "install it and run an application"?

I've installed JTAPI on the subcriber callmanager. I doesn't seems to improve the state. I still get the same error.

Thanks,

Marc

Hey Marc,

I had a similar issue where my CTI manager was having issues after I had upgraded from 3.1(3a) to 3.2(2c). Installing the correct version of the JTAPI client on both CallManager servers did the trick. Sorry if I was not more help.
