Over the weekend, the CTI Manager Service required for my ICD Server stopped. The event log just said it stopped unexpectedly.
It has also done this one other time. Any ideas / thoughts on what may be causing this? Any way to monitor this service? I set the service to restart itself upon failure in the future, but I would like to know what is happening.

What version of Call Manager are you running? Also, do you have CCM traces at the time of the serive termination?

Hi,
Did anyone ever find a solution to this issue? The CTI manager service has stopped a couple of times recently on the CUCM nodes and I had to manually restart.
