CTI Route Point not active on Subscriber

Hello specialists,

I have a CCM publisher and subscriber running at version 4.1.2 sr1. When the publisher is offline, all the CTI route points are not registered at subscriber. Do you have any solution?

Does the device pool assigned to the RP include CCM group with the subscriber listed?

Is CTI Manager service running on the subscriber? Make sure it does, otherwise CCM cannot talk to the CTI application (IPCC or whatever you are using) thus the RPs do not register.
