Were you able to find a resolution for the problem? I am having the exact same issue with a new install for a customer and the Bug listed here doens't sound like the problem I'm having.

Anyone ever find a resolution to this error? I've seen that it was supposed to be fixed in CUCM 6.1, apparently it hasn't.
