Hello all,
I have a very strange issue with CUCM 8.6 License MAC. I deleted one of the NTP Servers in CUCM as that server is no longer active, and License MAC changed. As a result, my license becomes invalid. Have anybody experienced this before, and how do I resolve this issue?

Hi Mark,
Have you tried to delete the SMTP via cli?
This command allows you to delete the SMTP host.
Command syntax
delete smtp
Requirements
Command privilege level: 1
Allowed during upgrade: No
If that didn't work I might go directly to;
to re-host. I believe they should be able to provide a new license
based on the cli command "show status"
Cheers!

Yes, we tried that command, for some reason, and it never deleted it. However, we entered the value "None" and the SMTP server address was removed, and the license file reverted back to previous values, and the license was valid again.
The cisco Documentation doesnt mention that you can nullify a value by using the word NONE.
