CUCM Directory Name Order

Hi,

I have snchrozied Cisco cooperate directory with Active Directory, IP Phone users can see the Last Name first and the First Name last from thier cooperate directory. So I want to change cooperate directory view Last Name, First Name order to First Name, Last Name. If there are any way of change this?
