CUCM6 : Web Dialer and Anwser Detection

Hello,

1- Do CUCM 6.1 have a Web Dialer tool that we can integrate with another web page?

For example, I have a web tool that I use to call my clients. I don't want to use another CRM.

So I just want to integrate a single button in my web tool, like javascript, that point to the CUCM. And just Click on this button to call my client, and so my ipphone ring.

2 - Do CUCM have a Answering detection, like ringing, voice mail, busy, answered...

How can I integrate it with another tool?

2) This may be a language thing but I do not understand what you mean.

How is anything but a human being able to tell whether a connected call actually has a human being on the other end or a voicemail? Depending on the recording even humans sometimes think they're talking to a human being when they're in fact connected to a voicemail.

But, you can get the state of a call.. using either the TAPI or JTAPI framework (documentation for both can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_reference_guides_list.html)

That'll get you "ringing", "busy" and "answered" states of a call, amongst other things
