CUE 1.1(2) AutoAttendant issue

Hi,

Have CUE 1.1(2) and a autoattendant was working perfectly fine , then stopped working.

Rebooted and still not working.

No changes were made at all to the CUE config.

I fixed it by going into CUE Web GUI and under autoattendant and pulling it up, and just clicked next through the setup screens without changing settings or anything then hit finish and then it was back to what it should have been.

Any ideas??

It's very hard to tell exactly what was happening. Clicking through the script refreshes all the parameters of the applications. If/when this happens again, you need to get the messages.log and atrace.log file off of the CUE module (you can even get it after the fact although I'd grab the .prev ones as well). Then open up a TAC case to have them look at it. If you have a time stamp (or roughly) when it was broken and when you fixed it, that would help to figure out where to start looking in the logs.
