CUE - After greeting -no beep sound

CUE  Version 8.6.6 -  after a greeting there is no beep sound to indicate to callers to begin leaving a message.

Never seen this before,  any ideas for things for me to check ? 

New CUE, only had it for approximately 3 months.

This is weird issue, I would like to check the following things -

++ Is the issue happening for every extension ?

++ What happens when you keep the call active after greeting ?

++ Have you tried reloading the CUE ?

++ Please share the CME config

Just FYI ... opened TAC case  as this was happening to all users on this CUE.   TAC said I needed to upgrade to 8.6.11   .

Had other locations with the same CUE version 8.6.6 without the issue, but TAC said it was the solution to my issue.
