Hi
I installed the script editor and uploaded the included sample script to a CUE 2.1.1 NM. I notice that it doesn't seem to handle the busy/invalid/unsuccessful call redirect branches correctly. If I choose dial by extension and enter an invalid number, the call is simply dropped. The same thing happens if I zero out to the operator when the operator phone is busy. The built in scripts handle these situations correctly.
When I look through the trace buffer I see the call redirect step execute, then a couple of SIP messages and then this:
ltp9: TransferingState close transfer to 0 cause=20
There aren't any exceptions or errors that I can find.
I feel like I might be missing something simple. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

While SIP with CallManager Express/Unity Express, you will not normally get the busy / invlaid tones. This is because CUE will just fire the call to CME and CME has to route it, which usually means reorder for the caller and CUE is no longer in control, so it can't pull the call back or anything.

I opened a case on this and that's basically what they told me.
I couldn't find anything in the documentation to this effect. It seems to me that this should be made clear somewhere. I wasted a lot of time trying to make this work.
