I am new to CUIC reporting, but have been doing some ICM scripting.
Recently I was asked when running Precision Queue Interval All Fields report why the numbers do not add up.
Specifically why the "Queue" numbers do not add up to the "SL Answered + Abandoned ".
To me it would make sense that they would. After all the call is either Answered or Abandoned.
Maybe my logic is a little 2 dimenitonal, but can anyone expalin how it would not add up.
Example would be as follows
Queued SL/Answer SL/Abandoned
26 18 0
There is a difference of 8 that I can not account for.
