I don't know of a way to see exactly that information in real-time. Obviously you could use CDR records to see this information after the fact.
As far as real-time information, you can see the number of calls in progress and active calls (with active streams). You can also see which lines are active in the system. The above information is available through Windows Performance Monitor. Using CallManager 3.1 it's also available through AST - Admin Serviceability Tool
