cuwl license services options

Hello Guys,

I am not sure if this is right place for this question, but I will try :)

Can somebody explain to me,

what is difference between SNTC SWSS and SWSS services (for adding CUWL STD license for example, Cisco Branded)?

There is same GPL price for both of them!

SNTC SWSS is the smartnet total care. It's a new model cisco is pushing, basically they maintain an inventory of the equipment and as a result are better equipped to help you.

Where as SWSS services are the normal services which like the previous UCSS+ESW would enable you to open TAC cases and provide entitlements for free upgrades. We are ordering the normal SWSS services at this stage.
