d channel showing blocked

i am having isdn pri with 30 channels which is used within cisco 3745 at one side and being used for connecting with siemens epbx for inter epbx communicating.

it shows that only 15 channels are being utilized but from the 16th channel its not working.

anyone can help.

Hello ,

Looks like you are using E1 .In E1 16th channel is the D channel and from 17th channel you should be able to use.

Try to put this command under D channel programming

inte serial0/0/0:15

isdn continuos-bchan
