Queueing is your answer, there are several types, I would use LLQ and use an access list to capture traffic for the server and assign to the priority queue with 10kbps .

Here is the link for LLQ, you will need this on both sides of the 64k link.

Dear support,

I was told before to use commited Access Rate, what is your opinion ..

Is there a way that i can monitor that the server i use take 10K exact ,alone,of my bandwidth?

Note : the other router is 2501 and the software version 11.0
