Delivery/Read receipt form IronPort

Hello All

I am using IronPort in front of exchange but recently facing a problem as my user don't get delivery/read receipt. Is there any way that i can configure IronPort (which is my mail gateway) provide the user the delivery/read receipt.

I like to add here, delivery mean the mail is reached to the destination mail server and the read receipt means the user allow to send the read receipt.
