Not unless your experiencing an issue or hitting some sort of defect for a particular firmware, then yes i would definitely advise you to install the DevPack. At this stage if you have the latest and greatest firmware version for your devices already i would just stay with that.
End of the day it really depends on the invidual if all is operating and functioning fine in your cluster personally i would just leave the way it is.
