Our users are configured with dial by name for forwarding. Is there global setting to change to dial by extension?<br><br>

It's a per-subscriber setting. You can set it in the template before you create accounts. http://avforums.isomedia.com/cgi-bin/showthreaded.pl?Cat=&Board=unityent&Number=6029&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5#Post6029You can use answermonkey.net Bulk Edit tool to make bulk changes to accounts which have already been created.
