Hi,
I have this situation:
- 2 sites with centralized call control
- translation pattern modifing ddi of remote site to extensions(Ex: 211234567 to 4567)
- translation pattern 45xx to 021123xxxx
- route pattern 021123xxxx to gateway.
This works fine. But if remote ip phone get unavailabe(WAN is down) and call pickup group is configured in this phone, i cant use pstn to reach it. I remove call pickup group and it was goes fine again.
Any ideas ???? Trace show that "No Matches Found".

I would suggest that you gather the following information and open a case with Cisco for further troubleshooting:
-Topology diagram of installation with key elements highlighted
-CCM traces from all CM's set to arbitrary when the pickup group no longer works.

Already done that. It is a bug and the case was sent to Development.
