this is excerpted from Cisco command:dialplan-pattern tag pattern extension-length length [extension-pattern epattern] [no-reg]
tagDial-plan string tag used before a ten-digit telephone number. Range is from 1 to 5.
Hi, guys
I just noticed dialplan-pattern only supports 10 digit number. I have an area use 7 digits when use the following command:
dialplan-pattern 3 6364... extension-length 4 no-reg
show dialplan number 6364001 gives an error:
show dialplan number 6364001
Macro Exp.: 6364001
No match, result=-1
I also test 11,12 any digits, but same.
Is there way can use this command to support digits not 10, especially 7?
Thanks

If you are using the dialplan-pattern, it need a full E.164 number (10 digits) to resolve an incoming call. If you use dial peer you can have any number of digits.
