Let me preface my question with the note that I am having a difficult time identifying the correct location to post my questions under the updated website. please direct me to a better forum if needed.
I would like to understand why I am getting significant differences between two interval tables.
For a single call type on a single day, I see 200 service level calls offered and 200 calls offered on the Call Type interval table.
For the same call type on the same day, I see 280 service Level calls offered and 280 calls offered routed.
What can account for the differences in counting between the two tables?
