Is there a way in CCM to have different behaviours for CFB/CFNA/CFA actions when the call is an internal (IP to IP) or external (PSTN to IP) caller?
For example, for an external caller divert to voicemail immediately on busy, but for an internal call provide call waiting and perhaps offer the CallBack service!
Any ideas, regards... Phil.C

CallManager 4.1(2) introduces separate forward busy/no answer targets for Internal vs. External calls, and the ability to flag gateways as Internal vs. External (so that one might account for intercluster or PBX tie-line calls as Internal). You can divert the call elsewhere on busy/no answer External if you wish, but you can't really affect the busy-trigger level based on the type of call, which is what you asked for in particular. CallBack should be available inside anyway.
