Directory search error

Hi,

When I search a name ,(on the phone) in the global directory, witch it exist : it is ok

I find the user name.

But when I search a name wich not exist in the database, it return the error : "Error. Insuffisant access,-7fff6fce"

Do you have any idea ?

It may be dure to the access control lists set for Active Directory.
