Directory Services for Cisco Soft Phone

I have a soft phone and it works great; however, I can't get to the corportate directory. I can access the directory through the Cisco 7940 phone on my desk. The soft phone documentation shows how to add a directory through LDAP; is there some service I need running at the call manager?

Hi, you don't need any aditional service at the Call Manager, simply configure the directory according the documentation and you'll be able to see the directory with your softphone.

Thank you for the information; this solved the problem. My only advise to anyone reading this is that you need to log in as the Directory Manager. Any other account I used didn't have the "Access Control".
